5+ Years Experience – $0.60
4 Years Experience – $0.59
3 Years Experience – $0.58
2 Years Experience – $0.57
1 Year Experience – $0.56
6 Months – 1 Year Experience – $0.54
0 – 6 Months Experience – $0.52
Regional Driver Pay Scale (Home Every Weekend)
5+ Years Experience – $0.62
4 Years Experience – $0.61
3 Years Experience – $0.60
2 Years Experience – $0.59
1 Year Experience – $0.58
0 – 12 Months Experience – $0.54
Training Pay – Drivers with 1+ year experience earn up to $1,000/week during training (2-7 weeks).
Performance Bonus – Earn up to $600 quarterly for safety and performance.
Seniority Bonus – Annual bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,500.

Minimum Requirements
Valid CDL-A License
Must be at least 21 years old
No DUI in the last 10 years
No felonies in the last 7 years
Clean MVR – No more than 2 violations in 5 years
No experience required (except 6 months CDL-A experience in Alabama)
