What You'll Be Doing:
Full Litigation Cycle: Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, from pre-litigation to appeals.
Diverse Caseload: Manage a variety of cases involving business, logistics, trucking, trademark, employment, immigration, real estate, tax, trust, and estate matters.
Discovery and Motions: Draft and respond to discovery requests, take and defend depositions, and prepare and argue motions.
Mediation and Negotiation: Participate in mediations and develop effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Legal Expertise: Stay up-to-date on legal developments and provide accurate advice and representation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other legal team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
What We're Looking For:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the California state bar.
7-8+ years of experience as a civil litigation attorney with a proven track record.
Extensive experience handling depositions, motions, mediations, and appeals.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment.

Compensation:
$170,000 - $210,000 per year.
