Job Description

The Account Coordinator will support the marketing department in managing digital and social media content for one or two One of a Kind Hospitality’s locations. Creating, editing and posting content, online updates, and engaging on social media. This person will serve as a key liaison between restaurant leadership and the marketing team, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in organized chaos, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working across multiple brands and projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media
    • Post regularly on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms for multiple restaurant brands.
    • Assist with content shoots for specials, new menu items, and events for all locations.
    • Edit short-form videos and reels for social media.
    • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story replies to maintain an active community.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Support monthly email newsletters and promotions.
  • Help manage paid ads through Meta Business Suite and ensure they run on correct accounts and cards.
  • Website & Listings Management
    • Update menus and event info on websites, Google Business, TripAdvisor, Nextdoor, and other platforms.
    • Ensure all digital listings reflect accurate hours, specials, and promotions.
  • Event Support
    • Attend key events to capture live content for social media and future promotions.
    • Coordinate with restaurant teams for upcoming activations and brand moments.
  • Organization & Communication
    • Track deadlines and tasks using Asana and other internal tools.
    • Maintain organized folders for content, creative assets, and campaign materials.
    • Serve as a point of contact between the marketing team and restaurant managers.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality preferred (internship experience counts).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter attitude and willingness to find clarity in ambiguity.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing best practices, especially for hospitality or F&B brands.
  • Experience with or openness to working in a startup-like environment with evolving systems and structures.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana), Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite, Adobe Suite, Canva is an asset but not required.
