Our Warren, NJ office is looking for an Technical Assistant (Print Room) who embodies this purpose.
Responsibilities - Utilize KIP Print program for print requests
- Sign and seal all prints and turn over to Administrative Assistants for Fed-Ex
- Change paper rolls, ink, and toner for all plotters, as needed
- Deliver copy paper to all printers throughout office
- Scan prints as needed
- Copy and laminate prints and log to bill
- Maintain all plotters (jams, errors, etc.)
- Ensure all staff logs print appropriately
- Retrieve and return files from Dead Storage, when requested
- Organize files in numerical order and put into cabinets
- Enter job numbers in PMD
- Assist with general office set up (desks, boards, cabinets, etc.), as needed
- Assemble and dissemble conference room chairs
- Maintain generator log
- Order and pick up supplies, food orders, etc., as needed
- Update the QC Tracker daily
- Verify QC submissions are complete
- Review checklist and transmittals for special instructions. Send out emails to senders if items missing
- Provide weekly email blasts with projects QC submittals for the week and a summary of what was sent
- Create PowerPoints for in-house training sessions (BBLs)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience supporting team
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
