About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Regional Business Development to spearhead its growth efforts in the New England region. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing commercial opportunities through strategic business development and providing regional leadership. Applicants for the Executive Director position should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the AEC industry, including at least 10 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical, communication, and team-building skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong work ethic, be adept at problem-solving, and have the capacity to manage and develop a team effectively.
