We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead our team with energy, integrity, and a love for hospitality. If you’re a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create a welcoming vibe for both guests and staff—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experiences
• Lead and coach FOH team members, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers.
• Jump in on the floor when needed—lead by example during peak hours
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and dining flow efficiently
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with the kitchen and brewery team for seamless communication
• Maintain a clean, safe, and upbeat environment
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, inventory, and performance management
· Assist Chef with menu design & administrative work
• Support special events, beer releases, and community nights
Who You Are:
• 2+ years of experience in FOH leadership (brewpub or fast-casual experience a big plus)
• Passionate about craft beer, great food, and genuine hospitality
• Strong communicator and motivator with a calm, confident presence
· Microsoft Word, Excel & CANVA experience a must
• Comfortable juggling a busy floor while managing team dynamics
• Proficient with POS systems (Skytab experience is a plus)
• Available to work nights & weekends. We are closed all major Holidays.
