Description of the role: The Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Manage reservations and bookings efficiently
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
