Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM DS-Series and Vertica and will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes and provide data-driven insights. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business analysis reports using IBM DS-Series and Vertica to support decision-making processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations and drive growth.
• Design and implement data models and reporting solutions to meet business needs and enhance data accessibility.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and gather feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
• Support the development of business cases and project plans to justify investments in new technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical capabilities and methodologies.
• Assist in the training and development of team members to enhance their analytical skills and knowledge.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of business analysis processes and outcomes for future reference.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving

• Possess strong analytical skills with experience in IBM DS-Series and Vertica.
