Insurance Operations Administrator - Planning Support
Full-Time Onsite (6-Month Contract)
Location: Calgary, AB T2P 0B4 (Onsite 5 days per week)
️ Bilingual (French/English) preferred, not required
Contract Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension for the right candidate
Note: Candidates will be required to complete a timed assessment under supervision

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of reports and documents
Update data using standardized templates
Help meet performance targets including SLAs and KPIs
Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Maintain a basic understanding of insurance operations and terminology
What You Bring:
1+ year of administrative experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work onsite full-time in Calgary
French/English bilingualism is a strong asset
