Must Have : Charge Nurse or ANM exp There are 13 OR RN's, approximately 47 direct reports, average 1,100 cases / month. Surgery types : general, ENT, GYN, robotic, bariatric, plastic & reconstructive, ortho, joints, sports medicine, and gender re-assignment. No spine, hearts, or neuro cases performed at this location. Required (non-negotiable) At minimum candidate needs to have 5 years of FT equivalent OR RN experience. No ambulatory surgery center experience will be accepted. Experience must be current or very recent. At minimum candidate needs to have 3 years of FT equivalent OR Manager or Supervisor experience. Charge Nurse experience doesn’t meet this requirement.
