Job Description

Air Distribution Technologies Inc. (ADTi) is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale distribution business in the HVAC sector. Specializing in air distribution products such as grilles, registers, diffusers, ductwork, filters and accessories, the Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems and a strong background in B2B sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the wholesale customer base and increase revenue in line with company goals.
• Identify and build relationships with wholesale manufacturers’ representatives, HVAC contractors, distributors, builders, and mechanical firms.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with operations and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Communicate both verbally and written to a wide variety of skill/knowledge levels in addition to possessing excellent presentation skills.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HVAC Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC or building materials industry, with a focus on wholesale distribution.
• Strong knowledge of air distribution products (grilles, registers, diffusers, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
