Job Description

Manage PR activities including media requests and strategy, assist with organizing activations and communication events, and maintain daily relationships with key editors and US media.

Profile

• Manage daily PR activities such as press pitching, placements, campaign strategies, and press sample management.


• Coordinate sample trafficking guidelines and logistics for PR guests during events.


• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, fashion, luxury, trade, and sports editors, journalists, and influencers under the supervision of the PR Manager.


• Handle media inquiries and safeguard brand narrative.


• Assist in creating pitches, generate ideas, and react swiftly to resolve issues.


• Manage photoshoots with OMEGA Ambassadors and coordinate with their teams.


• Recruit and pitch new Content Creators for brand loyalty and activations.


• Assist with shipping press gifts and review competitor activations for ROI analysis.


• Organize assets sent by HQ, including images, press releases, and media alerts.


• Coordinate administrative PR activities and support requests related to ambassadors and brand friends.


• Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.


• Oversee digital showroom, Fashion GPS, and Muck Rack activities.

Support Tasks

• Maintain editorial tracking documents, manage press requests, and update contact databases.


• Handle press kit distribution and manage invoices and budgets.


• Create proposals for events and collaborations, and conduct PR sample audits.

HQ Support

• Assist HQ with international photoshoots and events, and prepare market context presentations.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.


• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and office environment; US market experience preferred.


• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office; experience with Launchmetrics, Fashion GPS, Muck Rack.


• Bilingual skills are a plus.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent planning, communication, and time management skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Adaptability, aesthetic sensibility, and flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel are essential. The position is based in Miami, FL.
