Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Operations Administrator for a growth-oriented construction company located in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations and administrative roles within the construction industry, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks, including answering phones, following up on emails, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team.
• Enter and update change orders and work orders into the database.
• Assist with payroll; experience with certified payroll is a plus.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in the construction field.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledgeable of the San Diego area

Additional Details

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

The role is 100% onsite in San Diego, California.
