Supportive Nurse Leadership Job Summary: This position requires the incumbent to be an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. The incumbent is responsible for providing lactation management services to expectant and breastfeeding families both in the hospital and outpatient settings. The incumbent will also provide educational in-services for staff and instruction for pregnant and new families to ensure consistent, accurate, and quality breastfeeding information. Minimum Education and Experience: Certified by the International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants, required. Minimum of three years of experience in counseling breastfeeding mothers, preferred. Current CPR Certification required. Salary Range: Minimum $43.62 per hour - Maximum $43.62 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience and equity for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussions.
