Our client, a global rug manufacturer, is seeking a US-based Sales Director to join the team. With over 200 employees in Brazil and a growing U.S. presence, they are known for premium craftsmanship and sustainable materials. Their collections are featured by leading U.S. retailers and design firms. With a small team based in Miami, they’re now hiring their first U.S. sales leader to expand market reach and build a national sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead U.S. B2B sales strategy to drive growth and brand visibility.
2. Build, train, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
3. Cultivate relationships with top-tier retailers, designers, and wholesale buyers.
4. Collaborate with leadership to shape U.S. product offerings and go-to-market strategy.
5. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications:

1. Currently working in the rug industry with a strong U.S. network.
2. Experience managing and scaling sales teams across multiple regions.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
4. In-depth knowledge of the rug and interior design market.
5. Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills.

Location: Remote (must reside in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City )

Compensation: $90–140K base + commission
