Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Engineer Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to lead sales and manufacturing operations while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Lead and oversee sales and manufacturing operations to ensure product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication and support.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage sales activities, and drive business development initiatives.
• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and financial performance to meet company objectives.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment while ensuring accountability across the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and production settings, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Demonstrated success in leadership and driving sales growth.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
