THE POSITION
THE CANDIDATE
You have a post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business, complemented by 2-3 years’ relevant employee wellness and disability management experience. You are customer centric, able to work collaboratively, adjusting your communication to your intended audience. You have previous experience in HRIS (Workday) and payroll systems (Workforce Now). You have attained your CHRP designation or are currently working towards the completion of this certification.
*Bilingualism is an asset for this position
This role is hybrid, working two (2) to three (3) days per week in our Corporate Head Office, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
